Chris Brown (born May 2, 1987 in Alexandria, Louisiana) is an American football running back. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Denver Broncos in 2010. He played in college for the Oklahoma Sooners. Brown played high school football at Alexandria Senior High School. He finished with a school record 5,866 rushing yards and 79 touchdowns. As a freshman in 2006 Brown spent most of the season as the third running back to Adrian Peterson and Allen Patrick, but started two games against Texas Tech and Baylor after Peterson and Patrick were out with injuries.
